消息面上，创新奇智近日公告，公司和库卡机器人签署战略合作协议。本次合作依托库卡在工业机器人及智能自动化解决方案领域的领先优势，以及创新奇智在人工智能赋能工业制造的产业经验和先进的工业大模型技术，双方将围绕创新奇智AInnoGC工业大模型开展融合创新，共同开发由工业大模型驱动的新一代智能工业机器人系统和适用于专业领域的机械臂，并在项目落地、市场拓展、渠道整合、品牌活动等多方面开展合作。
董事会认为，智能化工业机器人是实现智能制造的重要路径。公司与库卡机器人在人工智能技术和工业机器人领域各自具有深厚积累，本着“发挥优势、整合资源、强强联合、互利共赢”的原则，本公司与库卡机器人的合作将聚焦于开展人工智能大模型技术与工业机器人的融合创新，携手推动智能工业机器人在制造业场景的应用落地。
