【环球网财经综合报道】2025年6月17日晚间，多家上市公司集中发布股份回购计划及进展公告。其中科创板公司表现尤为活跃。在"科创板八条"政策实施一周年之际，多家科创板公司相继发布董事长提议回购股份的公告。

广大特材（688186）董事长徐卫明提议使用2亿至4亿元资金回购股份，拟用于员工持股计划或股权激励。华海清科（688120）计划投入5000万至1亿元超募及自有资金实施回购。颀中科技（688352）拟投入7500万至1.5亿元资金回购股份。成大生物（688739）董事长提议1000万至2000万元回购计划，用于员工激励。

此外，另有多家上市公司披露回购进展，美的集团（000333）公告显示，公司6月17日首次实施回购，斥资1.5亿元回购207.81万股，成交价区间72.02至72.89元/股。腾讯控股（00700.HK）同日公告，以5亿港元回购98万股，每股价格507至514港元。中航光电（002179）首次回购99.78万股，支付金额3781.35万元。

据统计，2025年以来上市公司累计实施回购金额已超过700亿元。其中，贵州茅台、徐工机械、牧原股份、宁德时代等9家公司回购金额超过10亿元。
