Sichuan Yahua Industrial Group (SHE:002497) will merge five lithium subsidiaries into its newly established business arm, Yahua Lithium Group.
The restructuring transfers stakes in mining, processing and sales units at zero cost, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The civil explosive maker's shares were down 1% Wednesday.
