联想刘军:智慧客服年服务单量3000万,Al自动闭环完成70%

  新浪科技讯 6月18日中午消息,MWC25上海期间,在“科技企业转型:引领创新新时代”主旨演讲环节,联想集团执行副总裁兼中国区总裁刘军发表演讲。

  他展示了联想擎天智能IT引擎的发展历程,2017年是擎天1.0时代,提供云原生、中台化能力;

  2020年擎天2.0,推出智慧客服魔方。智慧客服魔方坐席400个,年服务单量3000万,Al自动闭环完成70%,服务时长1分半;

  2023年擎天3.0,推出了营销智能体、销售智能体、服务智能体。营销智能体降本25%,销售智能体将时间从12分钟缩短至2分钟。

  2025年擎天4.0,推出超级智能体和领域智能体。目标是用AI替代1/4的四级流程。
