智通财经APP获悉，上海实业控股(00363)午后涨近8%，截至发稿，涨7.1%，报13.88港元，成交额9060.94万港元。
消息面上，上海实业控股5月宣布，溢价出售粤丰环保电力19.47%股份，总代价为23.28亿港元，每股注销价格为4.90港元。此次出售对上海实业控股的财务状况产生显著影响，所得款项净额将用于潜在投资、一般营运资金或偿还银行贷款。
西南证券发布研报称，上海实业控股此前公布2024年财报，多元业务抗周期经营稳健。公司旗下三条收费公路，2024年车流量及通行费收入合计均保持增长，股东净利润合计10.81亿港元，利润率高达53.3%，占比业务利润比重达41.1%。路桥基建长期贡献稳定收益，部分路段试行准自由流收费模式，大大提升了高峰时段的通行效率，利润率仍具有上升空间。此外，凭著较低的土地成本和优秀运营团队的优势，上实控股的房地产业务显示出优厚的增值和盈利潜力。
