中泰证券发布研报指出，山高控股通过控股山高新能源，在光伏和风力等绿色发电领域拥有显著的规模优势和项目储备。通过入股世纪互联IDC 业务，"基地型+城市型"业务并行，乌兰察布基地单机架功率密度达8KW，较传统数据中心提升60%。新能源板块为数字基建业务提供绿电支持，2024 年乌兰察布数据中心PUE 值降至1.15，较行业平均水平优化23%，产业协同效应显著。
该行续指，公司持有中国香港证监会1、4、5、6 及9号牌照和放债人牌照，同时具备中国内地QFLP 基金管理人及融资租赁资质。这一牌照组合体现了公司聚焦债权类金融服务和资产管理的战略定位，与新能源、新基建产业布局形成协同。山高控股的证券+资产管理双牌照组合，在产业和金融服务领域形成独特竞争优势，契合REITs、碳中和金融产品创新方向。
