【#刘强东称胖东来经营理念和京东如出一辙# 】据观察者网消息，京东集团董事局主席刘强东表示，京东去年发出去的工资是1161亿，“给兄弟们交的五险一金是180亿。”他认为，胖东来的经营理念和京东如出一辙。刘强东表示：“（胖东来）让利给消费者，同时把商品的品质做得极致好，性价比做得极致高，并且充分信任员工，给员工上五险一金，让员工真心地喜欢这份工作，在商场里不会有痛苦感。”刘强东说，如果压榨员工，让他们处于实在找不到工作、不得不忍受很低工资、没有五险一金的状态，“（还要）让他给顾客服务好，保证顾客体验，你觉得可能吗？纯粹的胡扯。”他最后补充说，“所以我想，东来哥和我们京东的经营理念是如出一辙的。”
