智通财经APP讯，新世纪集团(00234)发布公告，本集团预期截至2025年3月31日止年度(本年度)将取得本公司拥有人应占亏损不多于 5800万港元，与去年相比，则取得本公司拥有人应占溢利约2200万港元。预期业绩由盈转亏乃主要由于本集团的投资物业的公平价值亏损所致，而当中部分被证券买卖业务的溢利增加抵销。本集团亦于去年度取得投资物业的公平价值收益及因出售附属公司而产生的收益。
