6月17日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对云浮市云新投资控股有限公司及“21云新债/21云新控股债”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持云浮市云新投资控股有限公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持“21云新债/21云新控股债”信用等级为AAA。
资料显示，云浮市云新投资控股有限公司是云浮市云浮新区重要的基础设施建设主体，主要从事云浮市云浮新区的基础设施建设及土地开发整理等业务。
东方金诚认为，云浮市地区经济实力很强；公司为云浮市云浮新区重要的基础设施建设主体，相关业务的区域专营性较强；得到了股东及相关各方的有力支持；广东粤财融资担保集团有限公司提供全额无条件不可撤销连带责任保证担保仍具有很强的增信作用。同时，东方金诚也关注到，公司面临一定的资本支出压力；土地开发整理业务的可持续性有待进一步关注；资产流动性较弱。综上所述，东方金诚维持公司的主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，维持“21云新债/21云新控股债”的信用等级为AAA。
