快科技6月17日消息，微软发布了Windows 11 24H2的6月更新（KB5060842），但随后发现会导致部分设备《堡垒之夜》等游戏的反作弊机制"Easy Anti-Cheat"出故障，导致玩家的电脑在启动游戏时频繁重启，便暂停了该更新的推送。

随后微软发布了KB5063060更新，试图用它来替换之前引发问题的KB5060842，结果KB5063060更新发布后，问题不仅没有解决，反而变得更糟。

许多用户反馈，KB5063060更新在安装过程中就遇到了各种问题，有的用户表示更新下载到一半就卡住了，有的则在安装完成后发现电脑无法正常启动，会显示各种错误代码，比如0x800f0922、0x80070002等。

即使更新成功安装，问题也远未结束，有玩家发现，《堡垒之夜》依然会卡死，而《反恐精英》等游戏也会导致电脑完全卡死无反应。

除了游戏问题，还有用户报告称，更新后任务栏在电脑从睡眠模式唤醒时会崩溃，外部显示器通过HDMI连接时会出现奇怪的颜色问题，甚至蓝牙设备也无法正常工作。

一位用户抱怨道："我的蓝牙设备每次开机都要重新配对，这更新简直是‘蓝牙杀手’。"

目前，受影响的用户只能通过卸载更新来解决问题，微软也建议用户在安装更新前备份重要数据，以防万一。
