智通财经APP讯，火山邑动国际控股(01715)发布公告，于2025年6月12日(星期四)下午四时正(即配售代理配售配售股份的最后时限)，2.08亿股未获认购供股股份已根据配售事项按配售价每股未获认购供股股份0.25港元(相当于认购价)成功配售予13名独立承配人。因此，概无净收益可根据补偿安排分派予无行动股东。
根据供股的接纳结果及补偿安排的配售结果，将予配发及发行的供股股份(包括成功配售的未获认购供股股份)为2.43亿股供股股份，占供股项下提呈可供认购的供股股份总数的68.64%。
