Yadea Group Holdings Ltd. held its annual general meeting on 17 June 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were presented and approved. The audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 were received and adopted. Additionally, a final dividend of 22.0 HK cents per share and a special dividend of 23.0 HK cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2024 were both declared and approved.
