智通财经APP获悉，华虹半导体(01347)午后涨近6%，截至发稿，涨3.83%，报31.15港元，成交额8.22亿港元。
消息面上，根据《华虹公司投资者关系活动记录表 2025Q1》，华虹九厂产能已开始放量，到明年第一季度，有望达到第一阶段的满负荷水平。中邮证券研报指出，华虹预计二季度销售收入约在5.5-5.7亿美元，预计毛利率约在7%-9%，主要系公司Fab9开始上线，扩建所带来的折旧给毛利率带来压力。整体来看，如果市场需求好转，公司希望8英寸毛利率可以在12-18个月内从30%提升至40%；12英寸方面，从盈亏平衡提升至10%，这样将有足够的空间来抵消固定成本的影响，因为公司规模在快速扩大。
湘财证券指出，根据华虹公司招股书，华力微追求先进逻辑工艺晶圆代工，自发行人首次公开发行人民币普通股股票并于科创板上市之日起三年内，按照国家战略部署安排，在履行政府主管部门审批程序后，华虹集团将华力微注入发行人。华虹公司于2023年8月7日在科创板上市，有望在未来一年内将华力微注入公司。
