三花智控（002050.SZ）即将在港股上市。

6月17日，三花智控在港交所公告，拟全球发售360330000股H股，其中香港发售25223100股，国际发售335106900股H股；发售价将不高于22.53港元；预期定价日为2025年6月19日，预期H股于2025年6月23日开始于香港联交所买卖。

今年1月15日，三花智控向港交所递交招股书，拟在香港主板挂牌上市。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按2023年收入计，三花智控是全球最大的制冷空调控制元器件制造商，全球领先的汽车热管理系统零部件制造商。

今年第一季度，三花智控实现营业总收入76.69亿元，同比增长19.10%，归母净利润9.03亿，同比增长39.47%。

据国泰海通证券，三花智控家电零部件主业受益抢出口需求拉动，汽零业务预计维持增长，机器人业务进展顺利。分业务板块来看，我们预计家电零部件业务增长显著，得益于关税战预期下客户提前下单。同时，国家以旧换新政策的实施有效刺激存量市场换新需求；汽车热管理业务预计维持增长趋势；仿生机器人机电执行器业务进展顺利，核心部件包括伺服电机、减速机构、编码器及传感器等。公司目前全方面配合客户产品研发、试制、迭代并最终实现量产落地，仿生机器人产业目标成为公司第三大核心增长点。
