星光集团(00403)发布公告，预期集团于截至2025年3月31日止年度将取得公司拥有人应占亏损不超过2800万港元，而去年同期则取得公司拥有人应占溢利约1700万港元。

公告称，上述亏损主要是由于(1)美国政府加征关税，导致美国客户订单减少，抵销加强成本控制的正面影响;(2)绿团的亏损较去年财政年度增加，原因是推广成本增加及扩大线上线下的销售网络;及(3)投资物业的减值亏损拨备。
