智通财经APP讯，天平道合(08403)发布公告，配售协议的条件已获达成及配售事项于2025年6月17日完成。根据配售协议的条款及条件，配售代理已成功按配售价每股配售股份1.14港元向不少于六名承配人配售合共1200万股配售股份，相当于公司于完成前现有已发行股本约8.82%及紧随完成后经配发及发行配售股份扩大的公司已发行股本约8.11%。
配售事项所得款项总额及所得款项净额分别约为1368万港元及约1288万港元。公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额中的(i)700万港元用于偿还承兑票据;(ii)400万港元用于新业务的研发成本;(iii)188万港元用作公司一般营运资金，包括但不限于员工薪金、董事薪酬、办公室租金及差饷、专业费用(包括但不限于法律顾问及核数师费用)、上市年费及其他行政开支。
