【卢森堡发行5000万欧元数字国债】金色财经报道，卢森堡国家财政部利用汇丰Orion DLT平台发行了5000万欧元的数字国债。该债券将在卢森堡证券交易所上市，采用零息票，以面值的99.03%折扣出售，但六个月后可按面值赎回。 继去年7月斯洛文尼亚发行3000万欧元债券后，这是第二个使用DLT技术发行债券的欧洲国家。DLT最大的优势之一是发行速度更快、效率更高，从而有可能降低成本，同时也提高了透明度。
