6月18日，联合资信公布评级报告，浙江沪杭甬高速公路股份有限公司2022年度第二期中期票据获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，公司是浙江省交通投资集团有限公司（以下简称“浙江交投”）旗下核心成员企业和重要上市平台，主营业务包括高速公路运营和证券业务两大板块，其中证券业务由子公司浙商证券股份有限公司（以下简称“浙商证券”）经营。浙江省作为中国东南沿海经济强省，腹地经济发达，区位优势和路网效应明显，公司外部发展环境良好。公司拥有省内多条重要路产，在浙江省内高速公路投资及运营领域居于重要地位，公司参控股路产质量优良，单公里通行费收入远高于全国平均水平，公司在建高速公路改扩建项目总投资规模较大，存在一定资本支出压力。浙商证券为全国综合性上市证券公司，业务资质齐全，各项主要业务行业排名上游，综合实力很强，资本较充足，资产流动性较好，但其业务易受宏观环境变化影响。受益于供股募集资金，公司资本实力有所增强，整体资产质量好，盈利能力和经营获现能力很强。公司整体债务负担适中，偿债能力很强，融资渠道畅通。
