中国电力公告，公司已于2025年6月18日与中电国际、广东公司及揭阳电力订立股权转让协议，同意收购及广东公司出售揭阳电力35%的股权，代价为3669.35万元人民币，另加交割后的资本承担5.59亿元人民币，合共5.95亿元人民币（约相等于654,169,000港元）。股权转让完成后，揭阳电力将成为中国电力联营公司，并以权益法入账。代价将由集团内部资源筹措。
