智通财经APP讯，万顺瑞强集团(08427)发布公告，于2025年6月18日，本公司与万顺科技产业(深圳)集团有限公司(万顺科技)订立无法律约束力的谅解备忘录(谅解备忘录)，万顺科技为一间于中国成立的公司，总部设于广东省深圳市。万顺科技的一家子公司主要从事网络叫车服务及其他相关服务。截至本公布日期，在195个城市营运，拥有约230万名活跃用户和约10万名活跃司机。本公司和万顺科技希望透过善用彼此的资源探讨网络叫车服务及其他相关服务的潜在战略合作(可能合作)以抓住中国和马来西亚不断增长的市场需求。根据谅解备忘录，双方同意进一步洽谈并探索在中国和马来西亚的可能合作机会。
董事会认为，可能合作(倘落实)将使本集团扩展其业务范围并拓宽其收入来源，因此符合本公司及其股东的整体利益。
