博时上证AAA科技创新公司债交易型开放式指数证券投资基金跟踪上证AAA科技创新公司债指数（简称“沪AAA科创债”），截至2025年6月15日，上证AAA科创债共有646只成分券，为中高等级信用债，涉及145家发行主体，以央国企为主，市值合计9031亿元。行业分布以产业债为主，前三大行业分别是工业、能源和公用事业，流动性较好。

　　博时基金认为，当前，科创公司债成交流动性中枢有所上移，随着指数空间持续扩容与投资者参与度上升，成分券流动性有望提升。科创公司债受到政策导向支持，为未来信用债供给的重要力量，政策推动下，发行规模有望持续扩容。随着各类投资者加入，成分券流动性有望进一步提升，指数中长期的发展空间广阔。
