Shoals Technologies (SHLS) said Monday it appointed Bobbie L. King Jr. as chief legal officer.
King most recently served as deputy chief legal officer at HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital (HASI), the company said.
Shares of Shoals Technologies were down more than 8% in after-hours activity.
