TPG Telecom (ASX:TPG) said its new consumer division will be responsible for operating digital channels across all brands in a bid to improve its online and app capabilities as part of its multi-year simplification program.
Under the new structure, all assisted consumer sales channels, including retail stores and contact centres, will move under Vanessa Hicks, group executive customer and people experience, while its data and analytics team will report to Giovanni Chiarelli, group chief technology officer, according to a Monday company statement.
In addition, Kieren Cooney, group executive consumer, will depart the business after nearly five years with the company, per the statement.
