Amphenol Corporation has announced the issuance and sale of €600 million in 3.125% Senior Notes due 2032. The proceeds from this offering, along with those from a prior issuance of $750 million in 4.375% Senior Notes due 2028, will be used to repay borrowings under the company's U.S. commercial paper program and for general corporate purposes. Interest on these new notes will be paid annually, starting June 16, 2026. The company has the option to redeem the notes in part or in whole at specified conditions before their maturity on June 16, 2032.
