BGSF is selling the professional division of its business for $99 million amid an ongoing strategic review process. The staffing company's chief executive, Beth Garvey, is also stepping down. Shares jumped 64% to $6.58 in after-hours trading Monday.
Geospace Technologies inked a permanent reservoir monitoring contract with Petrobras for a seabed off the coast of Brazil. The stock climbed 10% to $7.55 in postmarket trading.
Redwire commenced an underwritten public offering of $200 million of its common stock. Shares fell 10% to $18.55 after the market closed.
