配售价较股份于2025年6月17日(即配售协议日期)(即最后交易日)于联交所所报的每股股份收市价港币0.410元折让约16.10%。
假设根据配售事项配售最多6534.6万股配售股份，公司将收取的所得款项净额将约为港币2162万元。公司拟将所得款项净额用作集团的一般营运资金，包括偿还贷款。
