智通财经APP讯，金山云(03896)发布公告，认购事项的条件已达成且认购事项已于2025年6月17日完成。根据认购协议，合共6937.5万股认购股份已按认购价每股认购股份5.83港元配发及发行予金山软件(认购人)。认购股份占(i)紧接认购事项完成前公司已发行股份总数的约1.68%;及(ii)经认购事项扩大后的公司已发行股份总数的约1.65%。
所得款项总额(其亦为发行认购股份所得款项净额)预计为4.04亿港元，将用于(i)投资升级及扩充基础设施，(ii)投资技术及产品开发，以及(iii)一般企业及营运资金用途。
