智通财经APP讯，珠峰黄金(01815)及中国白银集团(00815)联合公布，于2025年6月17日，珠峰黄金的全资附属公司江西吉银实业有限公司及中国白银的全资附属公司江西富辉锂业有限公司拟分别向江西银彩贸易有限公司收购江西艺鼎贸易有限公司35%的股权及20%的股权，代价分别为人民币350万元及200万元。
于本联合公告日期，目标公司除拥有西藏日喀的100%股权外，并无业务营运及其他重大资产及负债。西藏日喀主要从事铅锌矿的勘探。于本联合公告日期，西藏日喀持有一个授权其于西藏日喀则市一处面积为50.81平方公里进行矿产资源普查的勘探许可证，有效期限至2026年9月30日，而该期限在满足特定条件下可被延长。
中国白银董事及珠峰黄金董事(包括中国白银及珠峰黄金独立非执行董事)认为目标集团收购事项及附带勘探矿产资源潜能的勘探许可证不仅将为中国白银集团及珠峰黄金集团的现有业务带来协同效应，亦有助于分散商业风险。
