Amcor (ASX:AMC) launched a turkey breast package for Butterball called Perflex, a shrink bag with a built-in handle, according to a Monday company statement.
Compared with the netted turkey breast bag, the new packaging delivers a 22% reduction in carbon footprint, 23% reduction in non-renewable primary energy demand, and 22% reduction in water consumption, the company added.
