　　新浪科技讯 6月17日晚间消息，京东集团董事局主席刘强东今日在一场分享会中表示，京东能够走到今天，战略就是6个字——体验、成本、效率。“体验做到最好，成本做到最低。”

　　刘强东强调，“最低的成本绝不能建立在压榨员工的基础上，不能给员工尽可能少的工资，不交五险一金。

　　“我知道非常辛苦，可能比以前过得更辛苦，但是我会不断涨薪酬，一年半的时间涨了7次。你去问所有的兄弟们，收入最低的人也能涨50%。”刘强东说道。

　　刘强东还谈到，如果没有京东自营这个唯一优势，如果只是纯平台模式的话，在互联网电商的比拼中，京东早就死了。
