【香港财政司长陈茂波：拥抱数字资产发展，2-3年成为全球第一跨境资产管理中心】金色财经报道，据香港政府新闻公报，香港财政司司长陈茂波今日在出席活动时表示，截至今年三月底香港注册基金数目达976个，按年录得超过440亿美元的资金净流入，增长285%，家族办公室预计很快会由2700家增加到3000家，香港将会在二至三年内成为世界第一的跨境资产管理中心。 在金融创新方面，最近市场对数字资产的兴趣浓厚，特别是稳定币的发行引起了热烈讨论，稳定币的立法工作使香港成为全球首批建立稳定币法定监管框架的司法管辖区之一。我们拥抱数字资产的发展，近年加快完善相关法律规管框架，例如虚拟资产交易平台发牌制度，已发出了10张牌照，并正在审批另外八宗申请。
