IT之家 6 月 24 日消息，SiPearl 是一家为 HPC / AI 负载构建高性能节能处理器的欧洲芯片设计企业，其在本月早些时候宣布推出基于该公司首款处理器 Rhea1 的 Seine 参考服务器设计。

Rhea1 处理器在核心部分拥有 80 个 Arm Neoverse V1 内核，搭载 4 个 HBM 内存堆栈，配备 4 条 DDR5 内存通道（IT之家注：支持 2DPC），可对外提供 104 条 PCIe 5.0 通道。

而 Seine 参考服务器提供两种配置：单处理器 + 双 GPU、双处理器，每个版本都支持最多 2 个 SATA 硬盘和 2 张 PCIe 网卡，适用于 Rhea1 处理器的验证、测试，并能加速产品的市场导入。
