旺旺(00151.HK) 公布一项关连交易，表示旗下的宜兰食品工业股份于6月24日，与公司主席兼首席执行官、执行董事及最终控股股东蔡衍明有关连的中国时报文化事业股份达成买卖协议，以代价7.045亿元新台币，购入位于台湾高雄小港区台机路1号土地连三幢建筑物，土地面积约8,602平方米，建筑物总面积为6,308.67平方米。
集团表示，现有两个生产据点因厂房空间限制难以扩充，随着业务持续发展，认为有需要另设一个新的生产据点，增加产品线、扩展产品品类及提升产能，认为该物业位于高雄，交通和外贸基础设施较为成熟，可作为潜在的外销生产基地。(gc/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-06-24 16:25。)
