6月24日金融一线消息，中国人民银行烟台市分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，交通银行烟台分行因违反账户管理规定以及未按规定履行客户身份识别义务，被中国人民银行烟台市分行警告，罚款400000元。

　　张某（时任交通银行烟台分行副行长） 对该分行“未按规定履行客户身份识别义务”的违法行为负有责任，被罚款15000元。
