II, a special purpose acquisition company led by Omeed Malik, has announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission $(SEC.UK)$ has declared effective the registration statement on Form S-4 for the proposed business combination with GrabAGun. This marks a significant milestone in the process, as GrabAGun Digital Holdings, the entity that filed the registration, moves closer to its anticipated listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbols "PEW" and "PEWW." The business combination is expected to be completed in the summer of 2025, pending regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. An extraordinary general meeting of Colombier II shareholders is scheduled for July 15, 2025, to vote on the transaction.
