* 交银国际报告指出，京东入局在线旅游平台（OTA）业务是继外卖后在本地生活场景的进一步拓展，不过其面临的竞争格局难度更大。不同于外卖业务，酒旅业务是低频消费，需建立持续、稳定的客源转化以强化和酒店的合作；其次，OTA重在构建酒店直连、库存分发系统，履约失败的用户流失风险远高于外卖。
* 该券商指出，对于京东来说，携程的供应链壁垒、美团及同程的下沉市场优势短期难以撼动。
* 携程集团9961.HK盘中股一度挫2.7%，同程旅行0780.HK跌3.2%。美团3690.HK一度挫2%，后跌幅收窄至0.2%。（完）
