金吾财讯 | 中国旺旺(00151)公布，于2025年6月24日，买方(公司的一间附属订立买卖协议，据此买方同意购买而卖方同意出售物业。拟购买的物业为台湾地区高雄市小港区台机路1号，包括面积为8,602.00平方米(2,602.1050坪)的土地连同于其上修建的三幢总面积为6,308.67平方米(1,908.3728坪)的建筑物。物业的价格为新台币7.05亿元。买方目前通过在台湾地区东部的宜兰设立的两个生产据点，生产米果、零嘴、饼干、饮品等产品。但两个生产据点因厂房空间限制已无法提供买方未来成长所需之弹性与扩展能力。随着其业务持续发展，买方认为有需要另设一个新的生产据点让买方增加产品线、扩展产品品类、提升产能、支持买方的长期发展。物业地点位于交通和外贸基础设施较为成熟的台湾地区西部的高雄，买方可利用物业接近高雄港的地利之便，作为潜在的外销生产基地。
