Stellantis 回应玛莎拉蒂被出售传闻：恕我直言，并不待售

IT之家 6 月 21 日消息，玛莎拉蒂的处境持续恶化：2024 年销量大幅下滑，进入 2025 年前三个月又同比暴跌 48%。业绩低迷引发了外界关于 Stellantis 或将出售玛莎拉蒂的猜测，尽管 Stellantis 多次公开否认。
北京时间今日凌晨，路透社就最新传言向 Stellantis 询问是否计划出售玛莎拉蒂。发言人回应称：“恕我直言，玛莎拉蒂并不待售。”
不过，据路透社援引的两名知情人士透露，Stellantis 今年 4 月聘请的咨询公司 McKinsey 正协助应对美国主导的新一轮进口关税，其研究方向之一可能包括建议 Stellantis 剥离玛莎拉蒂。
其中一位消息人士表示，Stellantis 已经要求 McKinsey 就玛莎拉蒂的未来探索所有可能选项。但 McKinsey 尚处于初期评估阶段，短时间内难以作出明确建议。
另一位消息人士透露，Stellantis 董事会内部对玛莎拉蒂的去留意见不一。一方认为，作为集团唯一的豪华品牌，玛莎拉蒂仍具战略价值；另一方则担心，当前资源难以支持玛莎拉蒂完成产品更新。
玛莎拉蒂已停产 Ghibli 与 Levante 两款主力车型，继任车型要到 2028 年和 2027 年才能上市。目前，在 SUV 热度不减的市场环境下，售价 8 万美元的 Grecale 成为玛莎拉蒂唯一的 SUV 产品。
除了 Grecale，玛莎拉蒂还推出 Gran Turismo 双门跑车与 MC20 超级跑车，但这两款车型的市场接受度有限，难以支撑整体销量。Stellantis 前 CEO 唐唯实去年曾坦言，玛莎拉蒂仍处于亏损状态。
Ghibli 和 Levante 的换代车型可能有助于提振销售与财务表现，但豪华车市场竞争激烈。Stellantis 旗下的阿尔法罗密欧正推进产品更新，两者之间又必须保持清晰定位，避免相互冲突，使得空间愈加紧张。
