花旗分析师维克拉姆·巴格里在研报中强调，NuScale在数据中心和人工智能产业激增的电力需求驱动下具备显著先发优势。其未评级但已获准使用的77兆瓦模块化反应堆设计、灵活扩展的模块化技术、稳固的供应链合作体系，以及与工程巨头Fluor(FLR.US)的深度合作关系，加之不依赖高纯度低浓缩铀HALEU的供应链优势，使该公司在即将公布的新订单竞争中占据有利地位。
不过巴格里同时警示，市场当前股价已隐含2040年前实现近50吉瓦装机容量的乐观预期，实际执行层面仍存重大不确定性。他分析称，虽然新签客户合同可能在短期内推高股价，但"订单落地后，随着行业竞争加剧和监管审批推进，市场关注点将完全转向公司的项目执行能力和基本面表现"。这种预期与现实的落差可能成为股价波动的重要诱因，建议投资者在乐观情绪中保持审慎。
