BlockBeats 消息，6 月 21 日，据 Christine Kim 对第 214 次以太坊执行层核心开发者会议 (ACDE) 的总结，本次会议主要讨论了：Fusaka 升级范围，新增 EIP-7939，总计包含 12 个 EIP：EIP-7594（PeerDAS 对等数据可用性采样）、EIP-7823（MODEXP 上限）、EIP-7825（交易 Gas 上限）、EIP-7883（ModExp Gas 成本增加）、EIP-7892（仅 Blob 参数硬分叉）、EIP-7917（确定性提议者前瞻）、EIP-7918（Blob 基础费用受执行成本限制）、EIP-7935（默认 Gas 限制设为 XX0M）、EIP-7951（secp256r1 曲线预编译）、EIP-7907（合约代码大小计量及限制）、EIP-7934（RLP 执行区块大小限制）、EIP-7939（前导零计数操作码）。
部分 EIP 调整包括：EIP-7951 需进一步测试定价、EIP-7907 合约大小上限从 256 KB 降至 48 KB、EIP-7918 Blob 基础成本从 2^14 降至 2^13、EIP-7892 最大 Blob 计数参数并入 EIP-7594。
测试计划方面，Fusaka Devnet 2 拟于 6 月 23 日启动，需至少三组 CL 和 EL 客户端准备就绪，部分调整推迟至 Devnet 3，测试时间表延长。
此外，Glamsterdam 提案新增 EIP-7745（信任日志索引）和 EIP-7919（Pureth，重点提案）等。
