6月23日，众安在线(6060.HK)午后持续走高，现涨超7.4%，最高触及20.6港元。 消息面上，美股“稳定币第一股”Circle上周五盘中再创新高，当日大幅收涨超20%。近期，国内外稳定币监管层面的利好不断，香港立法会5月21日通过《稳定币条例草案》，5月30日《稳定币条例》正式成为法例，并将于8月1日开始实施。当地时间6月17日，美国参议院通过《指导与建立美国稳定币国家创新法案》(GENIUS Act)。6月18日，中国人民银行行长潘功胜在2025陆家嘴论坛上谈到新兴技术在跨境支付领域加速应用时，首次提及稳定币。 此外，中信证券发布研报称，稳定币产业方兴未艾，作为链接数字资产和现实世界的桥梁，其具有底层价值稳定且技术层面与区块链底层基础设施互联互通的特点，随着全球范围内各地监管政策的落地，行业有望实现合规发展。展望未来，应用层有望在广度和深度上不断延伸，为稳定币需求提供支撑。 据悉，众安在线联营公司ZA Bank是首家为香港稳定币发行人提供储备银行服务的本地数字银行，持有金管局稳定币沙盒计划参与者圆币科技8.7%股份。随着稳定币产业持续发展，作为产业参与方的众安在线有望成为受益方之一。(格隆汇)
