智通财经APP讯，燕之屋(01497)公布，董事会将视乎市场情况及公司资金安排，有意自本公告日起至购回H股的一般授权到期之日止，于公开市场以不多于1亿港元购回H股。购回H股总股数将不超过4655万股H股，即于年度股东大会日期之已发行H股总数目10%(不包括库存股(如有))的H股。
公司目前现金流健康，整体财务状况稳健，可满足公司业务持续发展的需求。董事会相信在市场上买卖的H股价值被低估。董事会认为，通过购回H股可展示本公司对自身业务展望及前景充满信心，并可提高对股东的回报，最终会为公司带来裨益及为股东创造价值，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
