1330 ET - Adobe's AI headwinds seem to be fading to the rearview as the company embraces the technology, DA Davidson analysts say in a note. While investors initially saw generative AI model providers in direct competition with Adobe, sentiment has shifted now that the company integrated third-party models within its ecosystem, letting users choose which model is best for specific use cases and export the output to other Adobe applications, the analysts say. Such changes show Adobe's ability to monetize the end-to-end content supply chain as well as collaborate with generative AI peers, all while taking a commercially safe approach to AI, they say.
