Lovesac Seen on Cusp of Sales Growth Rebound -- Market Talk

1316 ET - Lovesac is nearing a rebound in sales growth as it looks to boost demand for home furnishings with new product innovation, DA Davidson analysts say in a note after meeting with management. The company is gearing up to announce a major new product launch later this year or early next year, which will include a new room beyond Lovesac's core living room offerings, the analysts say. The launch could potentially double the company's total addressable market of $27.5 billion, they say. If successful, the launch could help Lovesac notch 12.4% sales growth next year, up from an expected 6% in 2025, they say. (kelly.cloonan@wsj.com)
