Chinese securities regulators approved China Construction Bank's (SHA:601939, HKG:0939) issuance of up to 11,589,403,973 shares to the Finance Ministry for 105 billion yuan, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The bank issued the shares at 9.27 yuan apiece, the filing said.
CCB will list the shares on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on the next trading day after the restricted sale period expires.
CITIC Securities (HKG:6030, SHA:600030), Guotai Haitong Securities (SHA:601211, HKG:2611), China International Capital Corporation (HKG:3908, SHA:601995), Huatai United Securities, and GF Securities (HKG:1776, SHE:000776) are the joint sponsors and lead underwriters of the sale.
