智通财经APP讯，中国金融租赁(02312)及要约人LONGLING CAPITAL LTD联合公布，于2025年6月24日，要约人已完成收购公司约34.96%权益，每股销售股份为0.38港元。
因此，要约人须根据收购守则规则26.1就所有已发行股份(不包括要约人及其一致行动人士已拥有或同意将予收购者)作出强制性有条件现金要约。每股要约股份现金0.38港元，较股份于2025年6月12日在联交所所报收市价每股0.335 港元溢价约13.43%。
此外，公司已申请股份自2025年6月25日上午九时正起于联交所恢复买卖。
据悉，要约人已发行股本于本联合公告日期由蔡文胜先生实益拥有的一股面值1.00美元的股份组成，要约人主要于中国及其他国家从事资本投资业务。蔡文胜先生为要约人的主席。彼为中国互联网和科技行业的企业家和著名投资者。
