SunCorp Technologies Limited held its Annual General Meeting on 24 June 2025. The proposals presented at the meeting included the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, which was approved. The re-election of Mr. Zhu Yuqi as an executive Director and Ms. Huang Zhi as an independent non-executive Director were both approved. The re-appointment of McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the auditors of the Company was also approved. Additionally, a general mandate was granted to the Directors to issue and repurchase shares. All proposals were approved.
