智通财经APP讯，进业控股(08356)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年3月31日止年度取得公司拥有人应占亏损约1130万港元，相比截至2024年3月31日止年度(2024年年度业绩)则取得公司拥有人应占亏损约930万港元。
董事会认为公司拥有人应占的未经审核亏损增加主要由于以下原因：
截至2025年3月31日止年度，香港高等法院为集团其中一位客户保华建业集团有限公司及其附属公司委任了临时清盘人，导致其信贷风险大幅增加。因此，就该客户于2025年年度业绩额外确认约1460万港元的预期信用损失拨备。集团正就该事宜寻求法律意见，并将采取适当行动追讨未偿还的合约款项。
收入减少主要由于截至2025年3月31日止年度内部分现有项目已大致完工，而集团获授一份仍处于初步阶段的新工程合约。
毛利减少主要由于部分工程进入保养期或已接近完工阶段所需的额外工程成本，以及变更工程的相关成本增加所致。
行政开支增加主要由于截至2025年3月31日止年度因取消强制性公积金 - 长期服务金抵销机制而产生的额外长期服务金拨备，以及支付的法律及专业费用。
