6月21日，联合资信公布评级报告，温氏食品集团股份有限公司创业板向不特定对象发行可转换公司债券信用评级获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，跟踪期内，猪价整体呈回升态势，黄鸡市场价格持续低迷，饲料价格下行，养殖行业企业盈利能力有所回升。温氏食品集团股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”或“温氏股份”）作为中国养殖行业头部企业之一，行业地位稳固，产业链完整，育种技术领先；管理信息化优势显著；经营方面，2024年，公司肉鸡类收入受价格影响同比小幅下降，但养殖成本下降幅度大于销售价格，养鸡业务利润同比上升；肉猪量价齐升，收入同比明显增长，生产指标持续改善，同时饲料原料价格下降，生猪养殖业务利润同比大幅上升。财务方面，公司资产质量良好且流动性较强，债务负担显著下降，受益于盈利大幅改善，权益规模和经营性净现金流均显著回升；偿债指标表现极强。
