高凌信息公告称，公司股东珠海汉虎纳兰德、高灵投资、深圳科微、清科和清一号、中电科国元及嘉兴战新拟通过集中竞价交易、大宗交易或两种方式相结合的方式减持所持公司股份，减持股份数量合计不超过732.16万股，占公司总股本比例不超过5.66%。其中，单个股东及其一致行动人若通过集中竞价交易方式减持股份的，连续90个自然日内，减持股份的总数不超过公司股份总数的1%，若通过大宗交易方式减持股份的，连续90个自然日内，减持股份的总数不超过公司股份总数的2%。
